Easter Carrot Croissants

This is what I made for a snack on Easter. Carrot shaped croissants, filled with tuna salad, egg salad or chicken salad and add parsley for the top. This was the first time I did this so it was not the greatest but I think they turned out ok. You can use biscuits or croissant rolls, take the dough and wrap it around a turkey butter baster to help make the shape of a carrot. Make sure to add a little oil to the butter baster so the dough does not stick to it. Then gently pull the dough off the butter baster while trying to keep the shape of the carrot. Then cook for the time the instructions say on the package, pull out of oven and let them cool off. Fill with whatever salad you like the best, I used a small spoon to add the salad inside the carrot-shaped dough and topped with parsley. If you have a better way of doing this, please feel free to make a comment.

At the bottom put the two together and use a ponytail holder to tie together. Something very simple but still cute.
