Letter Recognition

This is a piece of paper with capital letters written on it covered up with milk caps. Mix all the letters up so they are not in order, this helps the child recognize each individual letter. Work on your sounds when going over each letter and save your milk caps. Write capital and lower case letters on the top of the milk caps and write capital and lower case letters on a piece of blank paper. You and your child can play a match-up game with the letters on the paper, to the letters on the milk caps. Match capital letters on the caps to the capital letters on the paper or you could match capital letters on the paper to the lower case letters on the milk caps. Have fun teaching your child their ABC’s.
