Kid’s table and chairs with chalk board paint

Here is my children’s little table that’s about 7 years old, it needs the screws tightened up on it and really could use a new paint job. So I have an idea to make this fresh and cool.

This is now the kid’s new table and chairs after tightening the screws and a fresh paint job. I used chalkboard paint from the hardware store. All you need to do is get chalkboard paint, a paint tray to hold the paint, a roller to roll it on and one sponge paintbrush for all the hard to reach areas. Go ahead and paint, don’t forget to read the instructions on the back of the paint can. The table and chairs look so neat now and it will be good for another 7 years or until the kids stop using it. I also used the chalkboard paint on our end tables that were already black and were in need of a new paint job. So we just put black chalkboard paint on them and the kids are having fun writing on all the tables in the house.

Easter Nests for Treats

pinningparent.blogspot.com                                                    Pretzels staggered in different directions and then put melted chocolate over the top of the pretzels. To change the color of the chocolate use white chocolate, add food coloring to it and stir. You will have different colored nests. Then add some Easter egg candy on top while the chocolate is wet. Let them dry and send them in for a school Easter treat! Enjoy :)
